I am agreed with your views.
How is it if you assess the cars by some Japanese professional assessor staff and for this assessor will see each and every thing for your cars to give points to your cars.

In Japan assessment is much more difficult and different as compare to auction houses assessment.

You should go for it.

It appears there maybe an eleventh hour save here for Zimbabweans if the Minister admits there is room for further discussions. The best solution for all Zimbabweans is if the ban is overturned and all imports are allowed in as normal. Failing that, the next best thing would be to introduce pre-shipment inspection such as JEVIC or JAAI so that only roadworthy vehicles are allowed to be imported into Zimbabwe. The pre-shipment inspections will ensure that any car that is not roadworthy will not be allowed to leave the shores of Japan for Zimbabwe. The cost is about US$200 for the inspection, but this is minimal compared to the price of a late model vehicle less than 5 years old.

Let's hope for some success and good news soon.

Thanks for the comment Okondo,

you are one of several hundred people that have been caught out by these scams. The Kenyan Embassy in Japan is joining with all the other African Embassies to pool their files together and approach the Foreign Affairs Department in Tokyo to get some response from Tradecarview.

It is more than likely that the exporter has gone backrupt, or closed down, or ran away, so you probably won't get your refund from them. The Embassies in Tokyo are working hard to get some actions and possible refunds from these companies with the help of the Foreign Affairs dept.

Please refer my e-mail sent to your e-mail address as received (zenam.....)

Looking forward to receiving your early reply.

Regards,
James
